MyOnlineJet operates as a technology-enabled aviation infrastructure and mobility platform. Our services may include:
- Access to digital platform features
- Aggregation of aviation and mobility services
- Integration with third-party operators and infrastructure providers
- Pre-booking, registration, and interest-based access programs
- Future-enabled air mobility services (subject to regulatory approvals)
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information
We reserve the right to verify user identity at any stage.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account. You agree to: maintain confidentiality of login credentials, provide accurate and updated information, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Platform Role & Limitations
MyOnlineJet acts as a facilitator, platform integrator, and network enabler. We do not operate aircraft (unless explicitly stated), guarantee availability of third-party services, or assume liability for independent operators. All aviation services are subject to regulatory approvals and third-party execution.
6. Bookings, Pre-Bookings & Future Services
Certain offerings may include expression of interest, early access programs, or pre-booking/reservation models. These do not constitute confirmed aviation services unless explicitly stated.
All future services are subject to regulatory approvals, infrastructure readiness, and operational feasibility. Timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
7. Payments & Financial Terms
Payments may be processed via third-party gateways. You agree to provide valid payment details and comply with applicable financial regulations.
Cancellation terms depend on the specific service or offering. The table below outlines our standard cancellation framework:

Refund policies depend on the specific service or offering. Our standard refund framework:
- Eligible Refunds: Cancellations made within the specified window, service unavailability due to our fault, duplicate payments, or regulatory prohibition of service.
- Non-Refundable Items: Processing fees, third-party charges already incurred, services already rendered, or cancellations due to user non-compliance.
- Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-21 business days via the original payment method.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless contractually fixed. Any applicable taxes will be added as required by law.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes, misrepresent identity or information, interfere with platform functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, technology, and materials on MyOnlineJet are owned by or licensed to iAlpha Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer without prior written consent.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MyOnlineJet, you consent to data collection, processing, and storage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services including aviation operators, infrastructure providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for service quality, delays, or failures of third-party entities.
12. Regulatory Compliance
All services are subject to applicable Indian laws, aviation regulations, and government approvals. Users agree to comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOnlineJet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or opportunities, service interruptions, or third-party failures. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iAlpha Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, or technical disruptions.
16. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access, terminate accounts, or restrict services at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations, legal risks, or security concerns.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or website banner.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
19. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Jaipur in the English language.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and MyOnlineJet regarding platform usage, superseding any prior agreements.
